Hosted by TMC & Dark
In this show TMC & Dark (Utah MTB) starts the show off treading into how technology is effecting all of us and things get a bit touchy! To wrap the show up nicely they have a great guest interview, with Greg Carlwood from the The Higherside Chats in other words THC. Sharing his insight about his show, and things to come in future episodes.
How Technology Affects Us
Everyone has seen the moody, withdrawn kid with music blasting out of his white earbuds, or the girl rapidly texting on her phone. The youth of today are constantly immersed in technological advancements that promote nonstop communication and instant gratification, whether through cell phones, gaming systems, laptops, or MP3 players. But are these technological advancements a good thing? I believe that the growth of technology has negatively influenced the social interactions of today’s youth because it isolates individuals from reality, hinders communication, and perpetuates the concept of immediate satisfaction.
Government and corporations will soon be able to hack your brainwaves, thoughts
Some day soon brain hacking will be the single most dangerous and powerful tool that the government has access to. It’s called “brain signal hacking,” and modest forms of it have already begun to appear in social media. Social media and heavy use of the internet have already begun hijacking our minds. Google, for example, controls your search results. By controlling what you see, they also control your choices and even your viewpoints to a degree.
Apple’s new ‘wireless’ headphones emit radiation … right next to your brain
To much fanfare and excitement, Apple has announced that the iPhone 7 will come with wireless earbuds, ditching the much-reviled and ever-tangled cords of conventional earbuds. The wireless earbuds, dubbed “AirPods,” will be water-resistant and are, in the words of company CEO Tim Cook, the first step to a “wireless future.” They will also fire dangerous, cancer-causing radiation directly into the brains of users, experts have warned.
Today’s children are being ‘drugged’ by iPads, iPhones and mobile devices
Have you ever thought that a child staring at an iPad or other mobile device is acting as if they’ve been drugged? There might be some support for that idea, according to a recent study from the World Congress of Anaesthesiologists. The researchers assigned some children to receive a sedative (midazolam) prior to surgery, while other children were instead allowed to play iPad games for 20 minutes. Both groups of children were then given anesthesia.
DARPA developing mechanically augmented ‘super soldiers’ using motorized exoskeletons
US soldiers are on the verge of evolving in powerful, new, and robotic ways. Prototypes of new motorized “super soldier” suits are currently being tested. They are designed to give soldiers an edge, showing promise for enhancing a fighter’s endurance and physical ability, reducing fatigue and injury.
New computer game trains you to spy on citizens – just like the government
Like something out of a science fiction novel, a new computer game teaches its players how to spy on the citizens of a supposedly free society. Aptly titled Orwell , the video game is set in a universe not unlike our own, where a series of deadly terrorist attacks lead the federal government to enact a series of measures that strip away the freedoms of the public, allowing those in power to spy on their every move. Players take control of monitors that allow the government to spy on everyone around, which of course leads to all sorts of issues.

Smart meters causing fires across America; facts swept under the rug by dishonest media

Health FARCE: Data dump confirms mass deception and cover-up of the death of Jameth Sheridan
EDITOR’S NOTE: May Jameth Sheridan rest in peace and find love and happiness in the realm beyond this world. He was a cherished soul to many, and his contributions to knowledge and inspiration were many. It’s just sad that his own friends and family members covered up his death for six months to keep selling products for profit, denying their own customers their chance to honor his passing.
Will geoengineering be America’s next ‘Manhattan Project?’
In 1941 America began its efforts to construct an atomic bomb – an endeavor that was code-named the Manhattan Project. By the summer of 1945, researchers were ready to test their product, and on July 16, 1945, the first atomic bomb was detonated. The blinding flash was visible from up to 200 miles away, and nearly every window within 100 miles was blown out.
