Hosted by TMC & Dark
In this show TMC & Dark (Utah MTB) discuss is everyone ready to embrace super-human microchip technology. Turning yourselves into super-humans is not the way to go. Look inside that is where all the truth lies.
Super-humanism as is defined as “the ability of humans to go above and beyond the general expectations and realities of human kind”. This can be accomplished through natural ability, self-actualization or technological aids.
“SUPER HUMAN”: AUSTRALIA BECOMES FIRST COUNTRY TO BEGIN MICROCHIPPING ITS CITIZENS
Australia may become the first country in the world to microchip its public. NBC news predicted that all Americans would be microchipped by 2017, but it seems Australia may have already beaten them to it. Back in 2010, CBS news reported that the Australian government had a potential RFID microchipping plan in the works related to the health care system.

BANNED: Clown costumes considered “symbols of terror” says Connecticut school district
When we look back on 2016 as a whole, one of the most memorable aspects of the year is sure to be the bizarre influx of reported clown sightings. What originally began in the American southeast has quickly traveled all over the United States, where dozens of people have claimed to have seen threatening people dressed as clowns beckoning them into the woods. While no actual deaths or injuries have occurred as a result of these sightings, that hasn’t prevented local police forces from taking them extremely seriously.
Texas independence: state urges an ‘exit’ to the federal refugee program over terror concerns
In the past year, Texas has taken in more refugees than any other state, but that could change if the state’s leadership has any say in the matter. President Obama’s administration has announced that they are looking to resettle over 110,000 refugees, with an unspecified number coming from Syria, leading many to have concerns over the safety of citizens. It makes sense — it’s important to prepare for the worst, instead of having violent regrets at a later point.
Robot invasion: Self-driving vehicles to destroy 4 million jobs currently held by humans
Technology has always been a double-edged sword, and as the 21st century progresses, not much has changed in the realm. Just over the horizon, for instance, await self-driving cars that are liable to take much of the guesswork, inattention, lack of experience and other factors that cause tens of thousands of crashes a day out of the equation. But in doing so, they will also destroy millions of jobs. As reported by Wolf Street, in recent days the car company Tesla made headlines with – oddly enough – the first traffic fatality caused by its “autopilot” system, because it failed to detect a large tractor trailer rig that had pulled directly in front of it. But there are other car makers developing, or set to market, systems that are reportedly better, and one of them could be the Ford Motor Co.
SpaceX founder Elon Musk plans to get humans to Mars in six years
SpaceX founder Elon Musk has outlined his highly ambitious vision for manned missions to Mars, which he said could begin as soon as 2022 – three years sooner than his previous estimates. However, the question of how such extravagantly expensive missions would be funded remains largely in the dark. “What I really want to try to achieve here is to make Mars seem possible – like it’s something we can achieve in our lifetimes,” Musk told an audience in his keynote speech at the International Astronautical Congress in Guadalajara, Mexico, on Tuesday.
